One of the very few frozen dinners I would buy
So far I've tried the vegan South American dish with plantains, to which I added 1/2 can of black beans, and the Tuscan style chicken with whole grain pilaf, stirring in a package of frozen spinach. Strongly recommend both changes to make your meals much more substantial, as well as even healthier. Kashi frozen dinners are strongly flavored so the sauce mixes in well with the otherwise boring canned beans and frozen spinach. I'm looking forward to trying the other frozen dinners, and wonder what additions I'll make. Overall they're more complex than what I'd make for myself and perfect for those days I'm too tired to cook and need something to boost my energy level.
