I have tried 3 different varieties of Kashi frozen meals. I would rate them as average. On the plus side, they're healthy - less sodium and fat than you'd expect from frozen meals. I enjoy the ease of making a frozen meal for my lunch, but dislike the unhealthy qualities of many of my choices. Kashi scores here.
Also, I found that the meals contained lots of veggies and generally tasted good.
On the downside, I thought the meals were expensive (regular price around $4, higher than comparable meals). They were not all that filling either - about 300 calories each and not a very large portion. If this were all I had for lunch, I would still be hungry.
I applaud Kashi for creating a healthy and quick lunch alternative! Lower the price, up the portion, and you'll be on the right track.
