No really, it's good for you. I thought the very first thing was the taste of cardboard. Yuck! But, that wasn't the case. They have some really tasty cereals, candy bars and oatmeal. I like them better than the off brand kind, now that is like eating cardboard.

This is a great cereal.  High Protein and Fiber and tastes great.  It is not common to find all three in a cereal.
