While trying to find a hair care product that was less expensive than my Redken Paste and Serum, I stumbled across John Frieda Weather Works Frizz Ease Weather Proofing Style Sealant Creme. It was on sale and my $1.00 coupon convinced me to try it. I also purchased the Frizz-Ease Clearly Defined Style Holding Gel.
Fast Facts about John Frieda Weather Works Frizz Ease Weather Proofing Style Sealant Creme
My Viewpoint: John Frieda Weather Works Frizz Ease Weather Proofing Style Sealant Creme is so easy to use. First I lightly towel dry my hair leaving it damp. Then a couple of pumps from the pump dispenser onto my hand then worked through my hair. It takes 2-3 pumps for me to have enough to work through past the shoulder length hair as well as very heavy curls. Comb through my hair, then apply gel. I let my hair dry mostly by air, but with a diffuser I can add volume and curls all in one step.
If I decide to go straight, using a straight iron, I may add a little more rubbed between my hands and then lightly applied to my hair for the fly aways after straightening, especially to fight the Houston summer humidity. My daughter also uses it to protect her hair since she strengthens it every day.
John Frieda Weather Works Frizz Ease Weather Proofing Style Sealant Creme doesn't weigh my hair down, but it does keep moisture in to control frizz. I still get full bouncy curls or nice straight styles. The fact that my teenager can use it too really helps, since I hate buying several different hair care products.
