Kama Sutra Aromatherapy Massage Oils Review

I have chronic neck and shoulder tension.  My husband would tell you I ask for a shoulder squeeze every day, and it's probably true!  After sitting in front of the computer all day at work, and then some more at home, I'm bound to get a little tense.  My husband works on his feet all day lifting products so he too will come home with an achy back.

An oil free massage is great, but doesn't always ease all of my stress, that's why I decided to buy a massage oil for us.  I knew the brand name Kama Sutra was good at what they do, so I didn't think twice when I found their Aromatic Massage Oils on Amazon.  For about $10, I got a 8oz bottle of Pleasure Garden.  I picked this variety just because it was one of the few currently available on Amazon, but they have many other varieties I'd like to try including:

• Healing Blend which is made to help sooth your tired muscles
• Serenity which claims to calm the body and soul
• Sweet Almond which is meant for de-stressing

The Oil comes out slowly, but you only need a little bit in order to cover the entire back.  What I like about it is that even with this little amount, you are able to massage for a long time without needing more oil.  It is not sticky and not greasy at all and instead feels like soft liquid.  Eventually it will rub in almost completely.  This means it won't get all over your clothes later!  It warms as you use it so it really feels like all of your muscles are relaxing.  For the masseuse, the oil makes it a lot easier to give a massage because you no longer have to squeeze the muscles really hard.  Instead, you can just rub and push in at the tense spots and let the oil do the rest!

The Scent is great!  It smells good as it is applied so you get even more relaxed.  The Pleasure Garden variety smells of italian jasmine, rose, lavender and sandalwood.  Lavender is one of my favorite scents which is another reason I choose this variety.  Other varieties throw in scents of orange, mint, nutmeg and more.  The scent stays around while it is being used, but it doesn't linger long after use.  I used a massage oil before when I had hurt my arm and it smelled long after use, even after showering!  You might enjoy the smell while you are getting the massage but you don't want to smell like oil for days after.

Since you use so little oil each time, this 8oz bottle can last a long time through many uses.  I wish I had bought the set which came with multiple smaller bottles because that way I could try every variety.  I do plan to use this oil often since I now know that a little bit goes a long way.  At such a cheap price, it's worth every penny no matter how many bottles you go through.

You can buy this oil for your spouse and they will love every minute of it!  It's a nice way to show you care by helping them relax after a long day.  This oil is better than flowers and candy because it's not something you just give to them. Instead it's something you do for them, and they'll probably give you a massage in return :)  This is a gift that will last much longer than chocolate and roses.  If you're looking to do something sweet for your spouse, don't settle for anything less than Kama Sutra Aromatic Massage Oils.  You've heard the brand name and you already know what their specialty is, so how could you go wrong.  Enjoy!!
