I have gone through quite a few blenders in the last several years, so the last time I had to buy one I wanted to make sure I bought one that wasn't too expensive but was going to still hold up and last awhile. I also wanted one that was pretty simple to use. I have a fancier blender that has what seems like a million buttons and is kind of complicated to use especially first thing in the morning. When I came across the Kalorik two speed blender I knew that I had found my match. Not only is it small enough that it doesn't take up too much counter space, something that is pretty important since we have moved into a smaller place and have significantly less space, but it is also easy to use. There are only a few speed settings and buttons but they more than get the job done for smoothies, milkshakes and soups. Another thing that I like about it is how easy it is to clean. I just take the different pieces of the pitcher apart and stick them into the dishwasher, making clean up super easy. Very sturdy, not that that is really a huge problem when it comes to a blender. But the blades/mixer part have held up well over several hundreds of uses. It also doesn't feel the cheap the way that some of the cheaper priced kitchen gadgets. Overall it is a good blender and a decent price, and is a great middle of the road blender for someone who wants something basic but that will hold up. I would recommend this to anyone who is in the market for a new blender.

The Kaloric 2 speed blender definitely gets the job done. Weather its a margarita or a veggie smoothie it always gets the ingredients needed perfectly blended with no chunks, unless you want there to be. I like the fun colors the blender comes in. I did get the red color because I felt it matched my backsplash in my Kitchen perfectly. My favorite part about this particular blender is that you can control the speed. That is extremely helpful when wanting a particular consistency. I make a potato soup that must be lightly blended and this blender does a beautiful job of blending. The major downfall of this blender is getting it clean. I like that it comes apart so you can clean each part very well, but it is still difficult to clean. I have to rinse it right away or it is extremely difficult to get the food off. It is pretty large also. You will want to have some counter space to keep this blender. Overall I am really impressed and if someone asked me what I thought of this particular blender I would recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that I actually like this blender a lot, it has it's flaws but every appliance you could own has it's flaws too. I originally bought this blender because of it's colors. I redid my kitchen to have red and black décor and this blender went with my kitchen very well. I honestly did not expect it to work as well as it does. It blends everything smoothly and efficiently, and has this incredible feature that limits the sound that it makes. I believe it is because the glass/plastic sides are thicker so it reduces sound. Also, the rubber lid has a tight seal and is also very thick so very little sound escapes. Another great thing about this blender is that it is very powerful and very fast, it can blend pretty much anything and does it quick and easy. It can also chop things too, like salsa. It even chops up onions which I cannot stand to do myself. It is an all in one blender, chopper, and essentially an incredible food processor not just a blender. Durability I only have one complaint about the durability. Which is the fact that the cord cannot be replaced, once it is broken you have to replace the whole system. unfortunately the cord is very fragile and thin, it is easy to short out or break.

If you're looking for a simple blender without breaking your wallet, the Kalorik is for you! It comes with buttons for speed, and will blend anything at its highest power. With that said, it only has one function: blending. Don't expect to be able to make cocktails or anything else besides smoothies because it truly doesn't blend it to a super liquid level. At its other speeds, it doesn't chop up the fruit as nicely. However, the price is truly a great deal for what it offers. Blending Power It only has a few buttons, so I recommend putting it on full power for the best performance. At the highest level, it can blend just about anything you put into it. Versatility This will only function as a blender. It only makes smoothies, nothing else. If you just want a blender for smoothies, this will be perfect for you. However, there's little to none in terms of versatility. Ease of Cleaning Very easy to clean due to its small size Ease of Use Very easy to use since it only has a few buttons Design It's a basic blender with a basic design. If you're looking for something more sleek, I would recommend buying another blender. However, it is a cute size. I have used this blender for making absolutely delicious fruit and veggie smoothies, and I have absolutely loved using it. It is very easy and fun to use. I highly recommend this blender if you are looking for a basic, yet very functional blender for your kitchen. Blending Power It has (almost) just the right amount of power to blend everything together. Usually, my smoothies come out nice and consistent, but on a couple of occasions, I still noticed whole, small chunks of fruit and inconsistencies. Still, if you dice your fruit into small pieces and blend them on a high speed for a good several minutes, then you should get a perfect, smoothie! Versatility I've only used this blender to make smoothies. I am sure you can only use it to make sauces. Ease of Cleaning It is easy to clean - just scrub it with soap and water, or stick it into the dishwasher. Ease of Use This blender is super easy to use.

The simplicity of this blender is what makes it so useful to me.The buttons are few,but the motor is powerful so easily blends ice down.Along with other tough ingredients like pineapple or cucumber.Food you'd typically use for a smoothie recipe. It is pretty much only suitable for smoothie making.That is the ultimate downside to it.There is no versatility with this thing.It blends everything down to liquid.The blades are so powerful that making anything but a liquid drink isn't going to happen. It satisfies me as that is all I make.If you are looking for a budget friendly device to replace,say a Vitamix,then this isn't it.Sorry! The control dial has four settings,but I always have to set it on the highest one.If I set it any lower it doesn't blend effectively. The 48 oz container is great.I like making my smoothies in bulk.I can make two days worth with this. It is sturdy and I clean it on the bottom rack of the dishwasher.It recommends the top rack,but it is sturdy enough and only gets clean that way.

This is a very good blender from Kalorik which is powerful and perfect for milkshakes, smoothies etc. With speed adjustment functionality you can chop, blend and mix the stuff as per your requirement. The blades are very sharp. I have also used this blender for hot stuffs like soups which works fine with that too. The main advantage of this blender is that it is covered (the jar) so the liquid does not get spread away out of the blender as it happens in the hand blenders. I am the type of person who owns several small kitchen appliances, and I must admit that this blender is one of my most favorite blenders I own. The Kalorik 2-Speed Blender BL-16911 is inexpensive and versatile. The two different speeds make this blender easy to use while still having some variety. All in all, I would recommend this for someone who wants an easy to use, inexpensive blender. Blending Power This blender chops through ice without a problem. Versatility I mostly use this blender for making smoothies, but you can also use it to chop ice. Ease of Cleaning This blender is very simple to clean. You can either hand-wash it with soap and water or just throw it in the dishwasher. Ease of Use The instructions that come along with this blender are so simple to follow. Very easy to use. Design I love how large this blender is. I can fit three to four cups of liquid in it with ease. It makes it very easy to make large quantities. Durability I've had this blender for over two years now, and I have had no problems with it.

Love the RED as it matches my entire kitchen! This is a powerful blender for the price. I go through blenders like crazy with the margaritas, smoothies, and more that I make sometimes on a daily basis. I love my little single Hamilton Beach Blender for single use but if I am making more than one of anything this is my go to blender. The base is stainless steel instead of plastic like most other blenders. It has 6 rotating blades while most other blenders only have 4. It has a 500 watt powerful motor. It gets the job done! It does not leave my drinks chunky. It purees, it chops, and it mixes. I have used it for soups as well. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I throw the glass top in the dishwasher for fast and easy cleanup. It doesn't have a million confusing functions like other models on the market and it still gets the job done. It also looks great sitting on my counter! I would definitely recommend and its by far the best value for the money when it comes to blenders.
