KLM —
KLM put me on an earlier flight (without informing me) but when I checked with NWA it showed I was still on the later flight. However, my luggage was checked on the earlier flight. I talked to three different agents on two different days just to be told I would have to wait at the gate (which was the only "seat" the agent could give me at the time). I was told to go right away (which was 3 hours before departure) to make sure i got a seat, but nobody showed up until 10 minutes after we were supposed to begin boarding. The agent that finally came to help me was rude and disrespectful. All in all it was a horrible 9 hour flight plus all the time I wasted trying to figure out what flight I was really on.
