KLM —

I first started flying with KLM when they were still know as just Northwest Arlines. One of my flights got canceled because of bad weather and the next day I flew out to my next destination and there was a 5 hour delay because of bad weather. Northwest Gave every passenger a little booklet with a $5 voucher for food, a 5 minute phone card, and $50 dollars off of their next fight. I was so Impressed with their actions, and is was to no fault of theirs, is was just a really bad snow storm. I had also noticed something on my ticket that didn't look right so I went up to the counter. I asked the lady if there had been a mistake with my ticket because it looked like a low number on the ticket like First Class, She replied no mistake, this is for you inconcience from yesterday and today, Enjoy your flight in First Class, My jaw Dropped as I thanked her.
