There was a Kentucky Fried Chicken in one of the shopping malls I visited, so I decided to give it a try. I was a little surprised to find it different from the KFC at home, but not by too much. The chicken coating on the fingers was just a little more like the way they do fried food in Japan. It is hard to put my finger on the difference, maybe slightly more like tempura in some ways, not in others.
