Slow service
appreciative of good service, expecting good, fair service

This place needs to improve its friendliness and service.  The food quality was good, however the employees are not friendly and have been prone to making mistakes.  Once the utensils w.ere not given in the bag, once the condiments were not placed in the bag, and there have been mistakes in pricing especially when a coupon is given.
