I live in a small town and we don't have a lot of shopping centers around me, but, I can drive about 10-20 minutes in either direction and hit a Wal-Mart.....but, 9 out of 10 times, I opt to drive the 5-10 minutes to the K-Mart in my hometown. Sometimes, if you comparison shop, Wal-Mart DOES have lower prices, but, K-Mart has that small town, HOMEtown feel. The one that I shop at I have been a customer with for most of my 29 years, and I know a lot of the staff by name and was even an employee there many years ago for one short summer. Their pharmacy is the best around us, they have competitive prices (yes, they TOO have $4 RX's), the pharmacists and staff know me and my husband by face and usually have my RX's ready for me when I come up to the counter. I rarely go to K-Mart and leave without buying something on sale. The other day I even bought some books that were marked down to only a penny!!! You can't even buy a book for a penny at a yard sale these days!!! The staff is mostly helpful, the prices are very reasonable, they have a good selection of items, and it is conveniently located. And the best part is that it is not half as crowded as Wal-Mart!! lol
What more can I ask for?

I loved Kmart years ago, but then I stopped going because they no longer had a wide selection. Maybe it's time to check it out again. :)

I can't imagine what brought you to our little town if you DIDN'T go to the Lost Sea! lol....don't feel bad though. I haven't been to the Lost Sea since I was like 9 or 10 years old and I love about 3 miles from it!!

And I've actually BEEN to Sweetwater! Home of the Lost Sea! (Haven't been to the Lost Sea, though). Nice review.
