Like most men, my husband wouldn't dream of stepping into a salon to color his hair. However, he is VERY gray which makes him look older than he actually is. I picked him up a box of Just for Men Shampoo-In Haircolor and sat him down, in the comfort of our own home, to color his hair. Effectiveness After lathering the hair dye, my husband only had to wait about 5 minutes to rinse it out. He didn't have to put on any embarrassing plastic cap. He just sat until it was time to rinse it out. When the time came, Just for Men Shampoo-In Haircolor rinsed right out in the kitchen sink. And when we were done... IT LOOKED GREAT! My husband looked at least 5 years younger! The color matched PERFECTLY for my husband, and it looked very natural when it dried. We've used hair color on him in the past and he HATED the way it looked because it looked to dark, but this was a perfect match. But...after just two days the color began to fade. And I don't mean a little bit. It REALLY began to fade a lot. We were both really disappointed. He went from looking 5 years younger in 5 minutes to 5 years older in no time at all. Shouldn't the hair dye last longer than that??? Ease of Application I liked that Just for Men Shampoo-In Haircolor was EASY to put together. There weren't a lot of bottles that needed mixing, or containers that needed seperating. There were just two bottles - one mixed with the other and that was it! I didn't have to add water or anything else. Very easy to get ready. I also liked how simple it was to color my husband's hair with Just for Men Shampoo-In Haircolor. The name of this stuff says it all - you simply apply the hair dye as you would shampoo. It lathers up and the hair gets darker so you can see where you are applying it.
