Had my Jura for about 2 years and really love it! It takes about 40 seconds to heat up and then I press brew and it grinds the beans and produces a mean espresso! The only downside to the machine is you have to make sure the grind on the bean is not too fine or else you will gum it up and then have to take out the tray and clean the inside. That really depends on how oily the beans are though. If you can get buy that then this is the machine for you!!! I prefer to use espresso specific beans but I have seen people use whatever they would like for the machine. For a time I was using Italian beans but found the espresso type was too oily so now I've switched to a columbian variety. If you want to use any type of bean I would suggest grinding the beans prior and using the powder insertion option at the top of the machine. this will ensure the grind is not too fine and prevent the machine from getting clogged up. I also make sure that when the machine is still on and not in use that I have a cup below the spout as it will automatically turn off and spout some water to clean the system. You don't have to place a cup there and just let the rinse go into the tray but that is a bit messier and I prefer to catch the rinse in a cup and dispose down the sink. The milk frother is another great device and will almost instantaneously heat up milk and steam it perfectly. Clean up is also very easy you just detach and can clean it in the sink.
