Juno (Net Zero) Review

I've been with netzero for a good 10+ years and till this day I can honestly say that I've had no problems with the service, let me also add that I still use dial-up till this day and have never had any problems whatsoever. I've told many of my friends that unless their going to do brain surgery on someone while surfing the net than I could see the reason for DSL, but for the years I've had with netzero dial-up, I've never had a problem going from page to page or downloading for that matter and I think that their the only service that allows payment from a checking or savings account other than credit card. I can agree with the two gentlemen and their reasons for not liking Netzero, which is customer dissatisfaction rather than service dissatisfaction as per their comment, and as always to each his own. I hope though that one day that doesn't happen to me, but if it does I know i'll still be paying less than $20 a month. Here's to Netzero and another 10+ years
