Juno (Net Zero)  —

You can't connect without their software. Their software is just a piece of adware that insists on changing IE's homepage and adding their own toolbar. Not that I use IE; I use Firefox :). You can't minimize their ads while it dials and it stays on top of anything else you might be doing. When you install it, it sets itself (without asking) to start on system startup. It will not run on Linux (unless you have linspire, maybe). After about a month or two, when running netzero, it will say the install is corrupted and ask you to reinstall (and I know at least two other people that have the same problem). I think this is the culprit behind my computer acting so buggy. It didn't give me much trouble before. I haven't gotten around to ditching them yet, but I've heard so much about them charging people's credit cards after they cancel, and I don't look forward to the battle. Maybe I'll just go to the bank and get them to refuse payment when netzero charges my account, the day after I cancel. There are better (& cheaper) providers out there, people. Try basicisp.net or toast.net. I'm thinking about going with toast myself.
