Why I like it: "Juno" is a fresh, upbeat take on teenage pregnancy. The characters (also including Allison Janney), are funny, clever, and a blast to watch work with each other and the support of the family is refreshing (look for the ultrasound scene). Some of the lines in this movie are so cute and funny you'll find yourself repeating them later. The movie also has a stellar soundtrack with the best, quirky set of tracks I've heard in a long time. From the opening song it really catches your attention and doesn't just sit in the backdrop of the movie. Some of the songs are reminiscent of Marvin Pontiac. Not only is the soundtrack available on CD but it's also available on vinyl, awesome. You will have this soundtrack stuck in your head for days.
Juno won an Oscar and 38 different awards with 29 more nominations.
