Juniper Bank - Credit Card Review

We had a Juniper Mastercard with a great intrest rate and decided to apply and use it to pay off a medical bill of my husbands.  From the beginning we had nothing but trouble from this company.  I scheduled the first payment and with a computer glich on their end, they admitted to this, we were charged $40 late fee and a $40 over the limit.  We spent 2 weeks back and forth with them finally got it straighten out.

  Then the next statement came and we were shocked to once again over ANOTHER $40 over the limit fee and our interest rate jumped to 28%.  So once again we started with the phone calls.  We were then told that if we are over the limit any time in the month no cycle then we will be charged. Of course our statement conveinantly cut off on the 29th so while we were in the process of getting the payment situated we went into the next month so we received another charge.Because we were "late" on our payment, even though it was a glich on their part, the computer automatically upped our intrest rate and there was no way to lower it back. 

After 2 months of this happening we closed the account.  Trying to pay it off as quickly as possible.  Just today I went on to schedule the payment and couldn't gain access to my account.  Spent another 30 minutes trying to get through to someone only to find out that because we closed the account we no longer have online access to our account.  I think this is stupid. I told them they must not want their money very badly if they try to make it as hard as they possibly can for the customer to pay their bill.
