I was impressed with the raves I had heard about the benefits of Juice Plus  -  I have freinds who have been taking these vitamins for years. I have been taking Juice Plus for two months - although I have not gotten a cold or the flu, I hate swallowing these capsules and experiencing "heartburn" for at least an hour each time I take one.
