Juice Plus+ Fruit and Vegetable Supplements —

Juice Plus only offers their unreviewed studies as "proof" that it works. They discourage the people that sell it from reading any contradictory studies.  Just because something is bioavailable doesn't mean it is good for you!  The stuff in the pills is more processed that what you get in a twinkie.  You need the fiber from the real foods more than you need the phytonutrients that are supposedly in the pills.  Its 10 times cheaper to buy the same stuff in a different can at Trader Joes.

So true! How can anyone be so dumb as to think all the purported fiber can be contained in those little pills. If the person who sold you these pills said they contain a lot of fiber, just take a look at the nutritional info on the label - there is only a miniscule amount of fiber in those pills! Read up on this stuff - it's bogus, and all the studies were either done by or funded by the people who make these pills. It's snake oil for the 21st century.
