Joyce Ford Car Dealer - Chicago, IL Review

Joyce Ford made me very happy new car owner (Ford Edge). First, Joyce Ford is one of the very few woman owned dealers. Secondly, since I'm a guy that didn't bother me one bit saving me a ton of money.  If you want to purchase a new car this is the place to go.  The selection of cars on the lot could be better.  With that said, they can get any car that you want, they do dealer trades which means they search all of Ford's inventory and find the car you want and can get it same day usually.  They don't play games at all period!  No pressure sales and very honest. They gave us the car at dealer's invoice price with out us even asking which included more options than we wanted (found us a car with the free sync and chrome 18" wheels).  They didn't try to tack on options to bump up the price they were all included in the invoice price.  Went out of their way to include over $1900 in incentives and got us the best financing though Chase Bank on a new car currently at 4.74% for us, not pushing Ford Credit or any other kick back bank.  No lies like other dealers telling you stuff like give us $500 for lower financing or "bank coupons" which don't exist. Unlike Golf Mill Ford that tried to steal our $500 hold money!  Not only do they sell you a car, they take the time and walk you through the entire car showing you all the options of the vehicle.  We were very happy, and just really nice folks there.  I highly reccomend this place and ask for Moreen Joyce she owns the place and sells the cars herself.  She is very involved making you feel very comfortable like relative is selling you a car.  On the down side the website just blows has no real info about dealership or used cars its a default ford site they do need to work on that.  They have some used cars (trade-ins) they only sell cars in really great shape, any car that is used I was told in good shape trade-in they keep, if not they sell it off at wholesale  auction.  They are also a Ford authorized dealer car repair service as well. Hands down the best car experience I have ever had.  You really feel for once in your life like your getting a new car without feeling cheated from a dealer.  Think I will go for a drive and sniff in that new car smell.....
