I have been going to Pilgrim Park for years, the staff is very helpful and nice.  I have a hard time believing in the princesses statement that she AND her family members were misdiagnosed - Multiple times. 

From her points it sounds like SHE has the issues.  I want a physicians office who will break legs at the insurance company to get paid you know why? Becuase if the insurance company won't pay then I have to. 

The best thing about this place is that it functions as a walk in clinic, you don't get appointments at 11am and then wait for 45 minutes in the waiting room and then 30 more minutes... review »

Best doctoctor by far...
desire straight scoop, Finicky about doctors

I am very paticular about doctors and have been seeing Dr. Joe Grande for about 15 years now without one complaint.  I actually have referred him to about 8 people now who use him as their primary care doctor and they all say he's the best they have had as well.

expect my doctors to be responsive, believer in referrals, need staff to be kind, a former patient

if you need a doctor last minute then this is a great place to go. the regualr visit costs $70. there are no appointments so you can walk in and not wait for others to go ahead of you. no one is ever there. the staff is less than friendly & are often overheard yelling at insurance companies. trying to get records from them is impossible. the doctor himself misdiagnosed me & my family members a few times each before we found a better doctor. avoid avoid avoid if you can help it.
