From the bottom of my heart I honestly loathe JosBanks.com. You see all the hype on the television about buy 1 get 2 free or similar deals that seem too good to be true. Problem is, these offers are too good to be true. The price of one of these suits translates to you actually paying for 2 1/2 of them and getting 1/2 suit free. They are incredibly expensive and their offers don't fall short of deceptive advertising to say the least. The customer service is excellent as well as their shipping policies - especially their site to store pick up option. When you arrive to pick up your order you are treated with respect and the in store customer service is excellent. It will also save you some cash from shipping charges you would have otherwise incurred as a result of home shipping. The quality of the clothing is nothing more than standard in my opinion. Not something you would gladly pay extra for. Once in a while though, they have an excellent sale that is worth taking advantage of. If you sign up for newsletters or if you are registered to their site, you won't miss a really good deal so, If you like the clothing a lot, sign up and wait for a sale or clearance.

If you are shopping Jos. A. Banks the online site is the way to go. This store has some awesome, really nice clothes, but it has been my experience that for the average American they are a bit on the pricey side in the store. Online and clearance stuff is much more affordable. That being said, this store does offer some amazing clothes and great quality and durability. My brother-in-law wears a lot of Jos. A. Banks stuff for his job where he deals with government people. He has to look sharp and Jos A Banks does the job. These clothes make awesome gifts and any man that you need a gift for would be thrilled to have clothes that are this nice in quality. Occasionally Jos. A. Banks will run some really awesome sale, especially on suits. In my opinion, this is the absolute best time to shop there because you get more bang for your buck. They also have some great coupons that can be used online. If you're looking to shop at Jos. A. banks, from my experience I would say shop online and shop the sales!

I have only ordered one item through JosBank.com in the past and will more than likely not order from them again. I had seen on a 'couponer blog' about a major sale happening at JosBank,com; so I checked out the site to buy my husband something. I found mens slacks on an extreme clearance sale for 14.99. I ordered my husband a pair. As usual, with online purchases, I received an immediate email confirmation and didn't think about it again until a month later when my husband asked about his pants. I had completely forgotten, so I contacted JosBank.com and it took several days for them to respond. When I did hear a response they said the pants were on backorder, even though that was not mentioned when I previously made the order. In the process I had to contact the site two more times before the pants were finally shipped. Overall, I was pleased to get my husband a pair of JosBank.com slacks for 14.99; but the drama that was involved with actually receiving them and poor customer service makes me leary of shopping there again.

I have been to Jos. A.Bank stores (my husband got his tux for our daughter's wedding there) and looking around I thought that purchasing products from them was way beyond our budget. However, this past Christmas, I was looking on line for gifts for my son-in-law and my son-in-law to be and I saw a sign for clearance at Jos. A. Bank, so I took a look. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were many things on sale that were totally within my budget, with huge markdowns. I like the fact that Jos. A. Bank has a reputation for good quality products so I could purchase items without worrying about whether it was nice enough. I wish they had more smaller sizes though, since my husband is tiny and I couldn't really find anything for him. They also have a large selection of styles and products. One thing that I was a little disappointed about was that the clothes mostly seem to be imported from Asia. It always makes me a little uncomfortable because of the work conditions in those countries.

They also do not have good explanations for terminology that is unique to JosBank.com, making it difficult to understand what exactly it is that you are trying to order.
