As Jon Peter Lewis told me in a recent interview, he's the proud owner of many "firsts" as an American Idol graduate. He was the first to pull off a performance-driven song on American Idol with A Little Less Conversation, leading the way for performers such as Taylor Hicks, and after his time on Idol, he was the first to release an album independently. He'll soon be out with his second album, and though it will still be an indie, it's being released with much more fanfare.

We'll have to wait a few months before we get to hear all of the new album, as it will be released June 3rd, but until then,... review »
