Joico K pak conditioner for damaged hair Review

After suffering from frizzy, broken-ended hair, I finally foind Kpak and use it at least three times a week.  This is an amazing conditioner for dry hair, and if you want to have long hair, you should use this plus the extra strenght conditioner once a week.  I also put in a leave in treatment after the shower and wrap it all in a towel to let it soak in.  However, in recent days it has been hard to afford this conditioner so I have been using extra leave in treatment.  If you have been using this shampoo and conditioner for a while, you will need to break up the routine with a different shampoo (like head n shoulders) every now and then to get rid of build up, because it will end up looking greasy and dark if you only use the kpak shampoo and conditioner.  Also, not blow drying and straightening every day will help your hair look healthy.
