It moisturises as well as all the other Johnson lotions but has a horrible scent! It kind of smells like castor oil mixed with dome other disgusting smell. I could not bare to smell it. I had to wash my baby after I put it on her. She suffers from eczema so I thought I would try it. The lotion was a waste of money! After I put it on my child and smelled it, I threw it in the trash! I would not recommend this to anyone.
