If you know me at all, you'll know that I'm a hand washing fool! I wash my hands probably 50 times OR MORE a day. Because of this, whenever I wear a band-aid, I don't get to keep it on for long. And I go through LOTS of them because I have to keep re-applying them.
So, seeing that Band-Aid had a waterproof bandage, I was willing to pay the price of a little under $ 3.00 for 20 bandages. If they stayed on, I reasoned, I'd actually save money.
Well, let's just say I wont be buying them again. It's not that the band-aid actually came off, because it didn't. It did, however, curl up and kind of pucker around the edges. This made wearing the band-aid uncomfortable, so I ended up removing it and reapplying a new one anyway. And when I tried to not apply a new one, and just "tough it out" the part of the band-aid that had curled up, attracted other material. I actually had lint from my sweater stuck to the band-aid. Not attractive!
I like the fact that the bandages are clear. That's nice, because they aren't that noticable. BUT, they are extremely thin. EXTREMELY THIN! Trying to put one on yourself, or someone else, is a task. They fold over very easily and end up getting caught on itself. They are about as thin as a piece of Scotch Tape, except they are much more flexible.
Band-Aid will need to improve this product for me to purchase it again. I don't recommend these at all, they just aren't durable enough for the average user.
