I use this on myself at night right before I go to bed. I keep it on my nightstand. I love the smell of the lavender and it is so relaxing. I have used Johnson and Johnson products for many years with my children and now I use this for myself. It does have a soothing effect and helps take away the rushes of the days. I am even happier when I can get my 5 yr old to let me rub some on his back and he snuggles up with me and I get the baby smell again. As a mother and now a grandmother there is nothing better then bath and bed time. As a mom it was Johnsons baby powder. The smell was clean and baby fresh. One you would always associate with a baby. This lotion is wonderful. Not only does it smell great. It serves a purpose. I put it on those dry places where babys usually chafe. Behind the ears, under the neck and even on the head. Johnson and Johnson's Lavendar and Chamomile Baby Powder is the greatest for scent. I use it in conjunction with the bath soap, shampoo, and lotion each night. This combination works together to not only clean but relax the body and mind as well. You smell good and feel good. I discovered this power combo when my daughter was born in 2000. My daughter brought the J&J Lavender and Chamomile Powder along with my grandson for an overnight stay. I had not been one to use baby powder on my children when they were babies, so I was surprised to see she had it. When asked why she had started to use baby powder she simply said "try it." This Johnson and Johnson Lavender baby powder works awesome.  My daughter has really sensitive skin and normally rashes up from anything with scents in it, but we found this to be the only baby powder to work keeping her smelling wonderful and smiling.  This also works as a soother right before bedtime.  Plus everyone around her loves the way she smells from the lotion.  At times I also use it because of how soft it keeps my skin.  Nothing smells better than a… read full review »

The scent of this powder is wonderful and it keeps baby more dry than having no powder at all.  We also use the body wash and lotion with the same scent and they cleanse and moisturize baby's skin, while relaxing baby before bedtime.  I recommend using these three products together for the best baby care. … read full review »
