Johnson & Johnson Head-to-Toe Baby Wash — 

I have raised 3 biological children, am raising 4 adopted children and 2 foster children. I have also cared for 20+ foster children in the last 7 years. I have NEVER come across a child yet that could not use this product for their body & hair. I have had one child with severe eczema & she could use this fine. I LOVE the smell - there is nothing better than a freshly bathed baby or toddler!!
