I'm a bit disappointed because I love John Frieda products. This one just didn't work for me. I have three feet of hair so perhaps that's the problem with weight but it's so thin and flat. I was excited to try this because John Frieda products have never let me down in the past but this one just didn't give me any volume. The conditioner has a great smell to it. I tried it a couple nights and didn't see any noticeable difference in my volume. I thought if I left it on for fifteen minutes then perhaps it would help but I still didn't get any volume to my hair. I do have three feet of hair but it is super thin. When it's pulled up, it's only about the size of a baseball (remember there are three feet of it so this is thin). The conditioner did leave my hair soft. I even noticed a bit more shine to my hair but overall I was disappointed because I really wanted to have some volume. I would recommend this as a good conditioning treatment but not to add volume. After using the rest of the bottle, I did notice my split ends weren't as bad and I didn't have as much breakage on my hair. My hair is also color treated and this conditioner seemed to give it shine without stripping away any of my color. Effectiveness It just couldn't help my thin, flat hair. Scent It has a great scent. It's kind of citrusy smelling.

I really like John Frieda products because they consistently deliver on their claims. I am very, very picky about which conditioner I use because my hair is fine and most conditioners weight it down. But with so much accumulating damage (especially in the summer- chlorine, sun, salt water) I wanted a regular, every-other-day conditioner to use in addition to regular hot oil treatment. I chose John Frieda because the claims on the package were what I wanted... Volume! Lift! Fullness and splendor! I had also used a John Frieda smoothing concentrate for frizzy brittle hair in the past and it worked beautifully. So I gave this conditioner a try. What a great product! I was really delighted and surprised, because I always associate conditioners with heaviness and weight. This lifted my hair at the roots and added real fullness to the strands while actually conditioning, too. My hair looked not only full and puffy with volume but also healthy. Totally recommend this product! Effectiveness It's such a pleasure to have a product that does what it says, isn't it? All that wild false marketing out there... John Frieda is one of few trusted brands in my hair arsenal. It's the only product I have found where Volume + Conditioning are not antithetical terms. It's great to see my hair full with vibrant shine, health, volume...without having to layer on tacky hair products (sprays and mousses and the like). Scent The scent is inoffensive and unremarkable, which is what I prefer.

This is one of the best volumizing conditioners ever for my hair. My hair is mostly flat and its coarse so it needs to have more body. I love how the John Frieda luxurious volume full splendor conditioner gives me the fullness that I want and it lifts my hair right from the root without weighing it down. The texture of this conditioner is thick but its very light and gentle to my hair. I noticed my hairs texture is a lot shinier and my hair feels a lot smoother. It creates the perfect amount of body and it makes my hair have a lot of movement. I noticed my hair was tangle free and my frizz was minimized. My hair was a lot manageable and I didn't have to blow dry to get volume. It created thickness in my hair and moisturized each strand. It has a great scent to it leaving my hair to smell fresh all day. This conditioner is a bit pricey but its well worth the money. I would recommend this for anybody. If you love big hair or want to add more thickness to your flat and limp hair then this is the conditioner for you.

my hair has always been dry at the ends and poker straight with out volume so I set out on a search to find something that would help and found this conditioner. I get great results with every use of this conditioner and it is everything I was looking for in one product. Effectiveness I was delighted with the effects after just my first use of this conditioner. I had gotten volume and shine to my hair that lasted all day and my dry frizzed ends were starting to heal after just a few uses. I now have much healthier hair and better volume and manageable hair thanks to this amazing conditioner. Scent I am very sensitive to a lot of heavily perfumed hair and body products but this one did not bother me and I actually found the fresh and clean scent relaxing. I had lightly great smelling hair with all the other affects I had been looking for in one great smelling deep conditioning product.

I had never really tried any John Frieda products before, but upon receiving a coupon I decided to give John Frieda Luxurious Volume Full Splendor Conditioner a shot. The reviews on this product and other John Frieda conditioners seemed to be pretty good, so why not? From what I saw it was meant to lift your roots and make your hair fuller. Nice and fluffy. That isn't something I always need help with, but after keratin treatments, I needed the lift! John Frieda Luxurious Volume Full Splendor Conditioner does everything a conditioner should. Helps with detangling those annoying knots, makes your hair smooth and like new again, and the special twist, adds volume. I can't really remember what it smelled like, but that to me only means that it didn't smell horrible. I prefer my hair care products to be simple smelling rather than random pungent fragrances. Overall, not a bad product! Does what it says, and that's what matters.

John Frieda Luxurious Volume Conditioner has become the only conditioner my husband will use.. My husband has fine hair which lacks volume. He has tried various conditioners, most of which left his hair frizzy and wiry and did nothing to provide texture.. I recently tried the John Frieda Brilliant Brunette shampoo with great results. Based on the results of my experience with John Frieda products, I purchased the John Frieda Luxurious Volume Full Splendor Conditioner for my husband hoping for a similar success story. The results were incredible. Even after its first use my husband's hair was totally transformed. His flat hair no longer drooped sadly. It had texture and was full of volume, without adding any gels or pomades. It was like night and day. And it lasted all day too. John Frieda Luxurious Volume Full Splendor Conditioner is a miracle worker. My husband is really pleased with the results and so am I. This is a true 5 star product. I would actually rate it 6 stars if I could. It is that effective at giving volume to lifeless fine hair. Effectiveness As promised, it really does give luxurious volume to those with fine, flat hair.

I really love the John Frieda hair line! I have used several of their shampoos and conditioners and always absolutely loved the results. I also like to rotate my shampoo/conditioner so I'm always trying out new brands and products! I had used the John Frieda for brunettes shampoo and conditioner with great results before, so decided to try the volume conditioner of the line. So far I am loving the results (not surprised)! My hair is normally fairly straight and can be flat, unfortunately. After just a couple of days of using this conditioner, I started to see results! At the end of the week, my hair was definitely fuller with more volume. I have color-treated hair (highlights) and the conditioner also left my hair feeling soft and conditioned, not dry and course, even though it's not technically a for-color-treated hair product. I would definitely recommend this product!

This product is amazing. I have baby fine, thin hair with no curl. I am always useing curling iron or rollers just to look like I have a full head of hair. I tried this product and Wow, John Frieda now has a big fan. I was doubtful but gave it a try and I looked like I had this great full head of hair which lasted all day without any fussing or re doing. It is not sticky and it actually makes you look as if you have a healthy head of hair. I have tried many products but this is the "ONE" for me. It is truly amazing. I used to have to shampoo every day and fuss and now I can get up and go without alot of labor. Effectiveness Could not ask for this product to do more. I looked like I had come from the beauty palor! My hair had a shine to it which it normally does not, especially when you use some of the other products which are supposed to do the same thing. Scent Not a strong or flowery scent. Just smells clean. I do not like flowery, perfume smell so this product is for me.

If you have thin hair this product is great! It not only gives your hair volume but makes your hair feel good! John Frieda Collection contains so many wonderful products! The conditioner makes your hair so shiny and soft but yet not heavy weight for those of you like myself who have thin hair but yet need to soften your hair periodically with something that really works and does a great job! If you want to feel like you have gone to an expensive hair salon but yet did not pay the cost of one try purchasing this product.

John Frieda Luxurious Volume Full Splendor Shampoo and Conditioner is a product line that claims to: - Build fullness at the roots - up to 110% more fullness - Thicken hair strands - up to 50% more thickness - Increase lift - up to 90% more lift I have thin, lifeless hair, so I was eager to see what these products would do for me.  I used the shampoo and conditioner and then let my hair air dry like I normally do so I could see if there were results without having to blow dry. Effectiveness After using **John Frieda Luxurious Volume Full Splendor Conditioner**, my wet hair was easy to comb out.  There weren't very many knots or tugs in my hair and my hair didn't feel heavy or weighed down like some conditioners leave it feeling.  As for the results for lift, thickness and volume, I am impressed.  My roots do have more lift than they would normally by letting my hair air dry, but my strands feel the same in regards to thickness.  I honestly can't tell if I have more volume or not.  Besides my roots, my hair looks and feels pretty much the same as it normally does. If you were to blow dry your hair and use volumizing styling products, I bet you would get even better results.  As is, I'm impressed that I got added lift to my roots by just letting my wet hair air dry. Scent I do not recall what this product smells like.
