John Boyd Heating and Cooling - John Boyd - Oregonia, OH Review

When my air conditioning unit died in the end of June, my home warranty company referred me to John Boyd Heating and Cooling.  When I contacted the company, the owner/operator, John Boyd, came to my home within 24 hours of contacting him.  He had never previously worked with the home warranty company but handled all the communication with them to ensure that what needed to be repaired would be covered by my insurance.  He was informative and provided me with several options.  Since I am fairly ignorant about mechanics, he advised me on how to get the best value for the money I was going to have to spend.  There was about a week wait to get the new furnace installed, but that was due to the insurance company's internal processes.  As soon as the unit arrived at his office, he called me and arranged for the installation to occur during a time that was convenient for me.  I felt comfortable enough with him personally to leave my back door unlocked while I was at work so he could access me house and complete the job. 

John Boyd Heating and Cooling has emergency services that are available 24 hours a day and accessible from Dayton to Cincinnati.  I highly recommend his services and will use him in the (hopefully not too near) future.
