Having had a satisfactory ordering experience a year ago with Joann.com, I felt comfortable with giving them my business again.  The offer of free shipping was what finally propelled me toward the virtual shopping cart.  Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory.

I sometimes find okay sales at this store, but alot of the time the selection of yarn is very small and limited.  the price of the yarn is more expensive then when i can find the same brand of yarn at a far cheaper price.  Their customer service is okay, but i find myself waiting longer when it comes to time.

When i go to buy some items, they always have one cashier and the lines are far too long.  I once was going to buy sock needles in sizes 0000,000,00,0,1 for $5 to $10 and after waiting a half hour or so in line I finally gave up put the needles on the nearest table and left.  I found...

Jo-Ann Fabrics is a great place to shop. I have never had problems with finding items and at great prices. I am an avid sewer, I have found that the company always has items in stock and a great staff to help you find what you need. The ladies are always helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and services that I have been looking for. There stores are always clean and neat, well organized. The on-line shopping is great with great pictures and descriptions, along with great prices.  I was able to find items that are very hard to come by. I bought a bunch of beads from Jo-Ann.com becouse they do not have a good selection at the store near me. The product that I bought was of high quality and was shipped fast.  I will admit that I have never had to send anything back to them so I have not had a problem there.
