Jo-Ann Fabrics - Niles, IL —
I was shocked when I entered this store. The staff was unresponsive to questions and seemed like they had better tings to do. The store was dark and dingy looking. It was not organized. Prices on some items that were on sale were more than twice what I could find at another store close by. Don't waste your time unless you are desperate.
