A Restaurant that the family always agrees on

If our family meets to go out one place that we all agree on is Jim N Nicks. 

We always start off with some biscuits with honey butter. Then we move on to the entree. 

Some of our favorite entree dishes are the Barbecue Chicken, Chicken finger basket, and their wonderful salads. 

Their sweet tea...

Hubby and I frequent the local establishments and have found ourselves passing by Jim N Nick's as of late.  The food IS good, I love their Pig in the Potato Patch, Pork Plate, BBQ Beans, and of course the Cheese Biscuits!  But we've gotten some pretty bad service here on more than one occasion and...

Umm Umm good.

Jim N Nicks in general is a nice place to dine. They accomodate large groups well. The wait wasn't long. I'm not particulary fond of restaurant style b-b-q but I loooove Jim N Nicks & their baked beans are wonderful. I am a #1 fan of the Gardendale Jim N Nicks...I've never received such outstanding service at another restaurant.

Jim and Nick's is a good place to eat whether the Gardendale location or one of they many others.  I will get the Pig in the Garden salad and it will actually make two meals..one of the salad and then the meat for a sandwich later.  Love the cheese biscuits!
