I purchased Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD not sure what I was going to find. I have watched her on the Biggest Loser so many times and I've always liked her no nonsense attitude and way of training. The DVD brings that same attitude right into your home. She has it in 3 levels and it's a mixture of cardio, floor and light weights. I have seen great results. It's only 20 minutes and her encouragement throughout makes you stick with it and give it your all. I like how she says that we are only cheating ourselves if we don't give it our all and whats the point of working out if we are just going...

I love to workout, and am always looking for new ways to get in better shape, and have fun doing it! 30 Day Shred With Jillian Michaels is an amazing workout! The first few times I did this video, I had to take a break half-way through -- it's that hard. Jillian knows how to work every muscle to the extreme. In just 30 minutes you will be completely exhausted, but after just a few weeks you will see real results. I actually have triceps and biceps now! My quads and hamstrings are more defined too. Jillian Michael 30 Day Shred is a great workout video if you really want to get in shape. The video claims that you can loose up to 20 pounds in 30 days! It is based on interval training system where you do a mix of cardio, strength and abs for the best weight loss. You start off by doing 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength and 1 minute of abs and then you repeat the routine 3 times. You have a choice of 3 routines- beginner, intermediate and advanced. I have been a Biggest Loser fan for quite some time and always admired the changes in the contestants bodies from the beginning of the season up to the finale. I knew those changes took place mainly because of the wonderful trainers they have. Jillian Michaels is a tough trainer on the show, but in her workout dvd Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, she is not that tough, but she does motivate you to push through and continue until the workout is done. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is quite challenging, if you are a beginner at exercising or just want a little more into your everyday routine. There are 3 segments, 20 min. each. Start with the 1st and work your way up to the 3rd. If you are in "terrific" shape then you shouldn't have a problem, but for the one that wants to do something about themselves and feel better, then this is for you. Not easy at first but you 'will' get in the swing of things, just keep up with it !
