Bottom-line: I prefer Jif over other brands like Peter Pan and Skippy because I find the other brands too dry and not nearly as delicious.

My doctor recently told me that I should start eating more nuts; yes their high in fat, but they contain the good fat not the bad ole fat. So my fetish for Jif Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter is safe! Notice I stated Extra Crunchy and not Creamy.

I love Jif Peanut Butter, and my favorite variety is the Extra Crunchy because I love the taste of peanuts in every bite. This peanut butter is filled with the natural taste of whole roasted peanuts and is very flavorful. Some peanut butters are dry and thick, Jif is moist and delicious. Each spoonful contains the rich taste of peanut butter and pieces of real peanuts. I love to eat this with a spoon. Each serving is 190 calories and 16 grams of fat, but it contains good fats and whole peanuts which are good for you. Now don't get me wrong here. I love JIF peanut butter, CREAMY. Infact, to be honest it is the only brand I like but, ya just gotta make it creamy to make me smile.
