Jheri Redding products were very expensive and popular in the 80's in salons everywhere.  When i saw this product at the beauty store I was excited, because this product was formerly very exclusive and expensive.  The product that I picked up is called 100%protein used for hair conditioning,  for curl retention in newly permed hair and for hair tinting or dying.  I was highlighting and it was on the shelf above the hair hues,  I was excited to see it because this was very new to me.  The actual conditioner is liquid likea broth .  So it looks kind of weird.  The first use I hardly noticed anything because I highlighted ,  put on a hair mask and used this protein.  By the third time I noticed a diffrence in hair shine and curl retention is amazin it looks like I got a perm but i have no products in my hair.  So yeah- I would say that Jheri redding knows what they are doing when it comes to hair products.
