Jewelry Making & Beading For Dummies —

I have purchased many jewelry making books and this is the one I refer to the most. The instructions are so easy to follow (and look up) that when I am making my own designs, I look up how to add "this" a certain way to "that" (I have a terrible memory so I am looking up the same stuff over and over again.)
One day I am hoping to sell beads and bead projects to support my jewelry making habits and this book has a lot of good advice on that subject.
The projects are fairly easy but there are way to few of them. However, my own point to buying the book was to LEARN HOW to do what it takes to make a great piece of jewelry and not necessarily make each of the book's  projects.
All in all I am extremely happy with this purchase, it has opened my eyes to a new hobby and given me something I can be proud of myself for!

I have this book also. I am currently rereading it for inspiration. I need to get off my butt and do some design work for Christmas gifts.

The book also tells you how to get started selling your creations online and at craft fairs.

My friend got addicted and her stuff is gorgeous. She learned herself but she is having trouble selling them. Hope you know someone with a store:) Jo
