I'm not someone who travels much.  This isn't necessarily by choice, mind you, just that I seem to prefer to have my fun all year round rather than trying to pound as much as possible into a week or ten days.

Until this past January, I hadn't been on an airplane since 5th grade (I'm now 27 years young). ...

I fly all the time for work and for pleasure. I started using JetBlue a few years ago for my cross-continental trips and fell in love. The snacks are great, the planes are comfortable, and hey, you can watch TV! Then I decided to use them for shorter trips...between NYC and Chicago. Awful, awful! They... read full review »

I don't fly that much (3 - 4) times a year but when I do I fly Jet Blue.  About a year ago they got a lot of bad press here in the Metro New York City (NYC) area with a storm.  Unlike most companies that make mistakes they issued an apology and inaugurated a flier's bill of rights which diluted most of the bad press.

Here in the NYC area they fly from all four (that's four) major airports: JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and the latest airport now run the by the Port Authority of New York - Newburg but what most New Yorkers still refer to as Stewart from the time it was the Stewart Air Force Base.  It's...

I have flown JetBlue twice now. Not only are the folks who work at the airline extremely accommodating but you can't help but notice that they are friendly and seem to really like their jobs. My only complaint is that they don't fly to enough destinations. If they did, I would take my son with me in a heart-beat because hands-down this has to be the most friendly airline around and from what I saw, they are so eager to please everyone including kids! And if the kids are happy, then everyone is happy!

Their inflight snacks, including the "blue" tortilla chips are great and clever. The personal DVD...

Jet Blue's Terra blue potato chips are wonderful. I have to say that I've never had such good tasting potato chips in my life. I tried them out last month on a flight and got addicted. Following flights that did not have them were a real bummer. So now I've been going to the supermarket to find Terra chips and have been getting fat off of them... mm.

oh, and the flights... The flights themselves are pretty decent. I do a washington-boston run all the time. Service is friendly, though like the rest of the airlines delays are frequent...

Jet Blue I've found to be pretty competitive too in pricing....

I fly Jet Blue between Pittsburgh & Boston to visit my daughter & son-in-law. I wish I could fly Jet Blue when I go on business trips to other parts of the country. Jet Blue is comfortable, affordable, and relaxing. The flight attendants are actually attentive, unlike some other airlines I've flown on. They let you have a full can of soda, and they smile & crack jokes. The blue tortilla chips are fun! When I'm shopping for an airline ticket, I always check Jet Blue, first, to see whether they fly to my destination. If not, then I check everybody else and take the cheapest ticket I can get.

JB is NOT always the cheapest, but the seats are the best.....I WAS disappointed that the DirectTV doesnt always work (over water, which means most of the flight to Aruba.)

The new Terminal at JFK is the best airline terminal for seats/service/restos.

On the negative side, JB doesnt have agreements with all airlines so if you are on JB and switching to another airline (hasnt happened yet) you MAY have to collect your suitcases to recheck.

I got the Amex JET BLUE card and signed up for the JB rewards program.  Its easy to get free tickets.  I flew to Mexico for free (I did pay for the...

I had first flown on Jetblue a year ago on a cross country trip.  I had always steared clear of this Airline because to me their cheap fares meant cheap service.  When I boarded my flight from Washington, DC to Long Beach, CA I wasn't all that sure what to expect.

The boarding time and customer service is comparable to any other airline.  Yet, once the flight was well underway was when JetBlue became the elite in the industry.  The staff was the friendlist that I have ever expierenced from any other carrier.  The choices of snacks was plentiful and the presentation of them was welcoming. ...

How do I love JetBlue? Let me count the ways... Two years ago I flew every other month to see my boyfriend across the country. At first, I always went with the cheapest fare, but every time for some reason with other airlines, I would arrive anywhere from 20 minutes to 4 hours late. And being stuck in a delayed plane with cramped seats was no fun at all.

It happened one time JetBlue was having a sale so I flew with them, and let me tell you, once you go JetBlue, you never go back. On top of the wide, roomy *leather* seats with the most leg room I had ever had and the personal cable TV at each seat,...

I flew on Jet Blue this summer with a group of teachers. I had heard a lot of bad things about Jet Blue and was hesistant to fly with them. The flight was booked through a trip coordinator so I had no day in the matter.

I was so pleased with the service, the plane and the flight in general I would love to fly Jet Blue whenever possible. There was a wide variety of snacks to choose from and the flight attendants were very efficient.

I also loved the fact that there was a TV in every seat with satellite television. Also accessablility to XM radio. This made the flight extremely enjoyable.

i enjoyed our experience flying with jet blue to florida.  we flew several years ago though so i am not sure if things are still exactly the same.  the seating is fairly comfortable, but not first class or anything.  you get a small snack which i guess is the best anyone does anymore.  the price at the time was the most reasonable.  but the way things are going now that might not currently be true.

Jet Blue is affordable and offers seat assignments unlike the other affordable carrier that services the New York area. You get more leg room your own TV and a bag of Blue chips for half the price of the older carriers. One day all their passengers got to sit in the plane on the ramp all day and all the flights were cancelled the next day. Hopefully they have learned from this. They assign you a seat on flights that rarely get cancelled and rarely lose your luggage for half the price of the other carriers and entertain you to boot.

they will charge you at the end more then most other airline, and once you buy the ticket they will charge you almost a full fare for any change you want to make.

Recently used Jet Blue for a flight from Boston to Seattle. It was the cheapest flight I could find, but was also DIRECT - no stops - layovers- perfect!  We landed at our destinations on time or ahead of schedule. Sure, they only serve snacks & drinks on-board, but we brought subs on the flight going out and had a red eye coming home so had dinner before hand.

Drinks are available multiple times during the flight and alcohol is available for a fee.

We sat in the front of the plane and had ample leg room. A traveling companion who almost never is able to sleep on planes actually was able to take...

Jet Blue stands out among the many airlines as the best in all respects. I have flown many times and since Jet Blue started I have always flown with them if it were at all possible. They have the best prices, the best customer service and are the most comfortable planes I have ever flown on. I can't afford first class but with them I can imagine that I am there anyway :) LOL

I love the little individual TV screens they have for each and ever passenger. And the comfort of the seats and the extra space makes flying so much more pleasurable than any other airline I have ever flown with. I don't...
