Jet Blue Airways — 

I loved their non-stop service from Nashville to New York so much that I even took the steps to open a JetBlue American Express card to earn rewards points even faster.  Just as we were ready to reap the rewards JetBlue decided to pull their service out of Nashville.  This meant that I had a 2 free flights and nowhere to use them.  What made me angry is that they were unwilling to accomodate me in anyway.  My points earned from my AMEX card as well as my frequent flyer points were going to expire after a year if unused and they would not allow me to keep them.  I was told to be generous and give my flight away to someone else, however my family can't fly into Nashville cause they don't fly here anymore.  Their customer service was terrible, however I really enjoyed their in-flight service.  I must say that I miss them!  Southwest doesn't hold a candle.
