I took both this book and The Sneaky Chef from the library, with an attempt to get my toddler to eat more veggies. I ended up buying this book to keep, because there are more recipes than TSC. I will say that a lot of them are the same.... this just has a few more. The recipes are easy, some require a bit of tweaking however, some dishes are a bit runny, some use regular white flour which I always replace with whole wheat. The breakfast dishes are the better dishes in the book, adding sweet potato puree to the french toast batter is an excellent addition, in fact my husband and I make our with the puree now as well. My toddler is getting the addition of the veggies and she does not even know it. The little blurbs on each page from her or her kids is a bit much though
