This book is wonderful.  It incorporates so many healthy foods into foods my 18 month old daughter will eat.  I still offer vegetables on the side so that she is exposed to "green" on her plate, but it isn't as disappointing or stressful if she doesn't eat them all, because I know she's getting some in the other food.  This book is cute, clever and full of fun.  And even if you don't use all the recipes, it's a great launching pad for your own ideas.  It gave me the inspiration to put vegetable purees into other foods, like brocoli into a can of beans for burritos or sweet potato puree into a jar of spaghetti sauce.  This book is a must have.  It has even gotten my husband and I eating better.

I totally agree that this book is a "great launching pad." We've really enjoyed it & even purchased one as a gift. Your point about still serving veggies on the side so important. Thanks.
