Jessica Seinfeld - Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food —

This cookbook is well organized and teaches fundamentals for adding more vegetables to your diet, especially for those who won't usually eat many vegetables.  I'm happy to find no artificial sweeteners in these recipes, but disappointed to find most of the main dish recipes are chicken...no fish!  Also hoped for some recipes including whole grains.  Overall a good cookbook for adding vegetables to your diet, especially if you don't usually enjoy them.

To add whole grains I use whole grain pastas and the wheat germ and flax seed are whole grains that we have incorporated into most things we make from pizza dough to topping for muffins. If you love muffins, make the chocolate chip muffins and use pureed prunes. They are out of this world and the wheat germ on top just add more flavor (and fiber) to them. The only warning....don't eat too many at a time, you'll end up indisposed!
