The idea behind this book is great. However, when I read all the prep work that has to go into it, I became a little hesitant but went ahead and pureed all my veggies. I made a few things that my son and husband wouldn't eat. I mean my son NOT eat a brownie???? unfortunately I haven't opened the book since.
