Most HelpfulThe town of Jericho is quaint, friendly and (to take a line from a song) it's where "everybody knows your name"....I love it!
The residents of Jericho are faced with a big problem when nuclear bombs destroy much of the United States. Because of their location, they were far enough from the bombs for...

Most HelpfulJericho was one of the best shows, I have ever watched. When the series started I thought it was too explicit especially with the politics issues at the time, but as the show run I became a fan, since season 1 to the last one, just missed one episode, but caught up with the re-runs, CBS should not canceled...
review »Jericho season 1 and season 2 DVD sets, OMG what a terrific series. Finally a television show that is innovative, thought provoking and progressive. Season 1 contains all 22 episodes along with a few extras and some deleted scenes. Season 2 contains all 7 episodes along with some extras, including a thank you from the cast to all the "nutty" fans that helped save show and the alternate ending finale. I am one of those "nutty" fans that campaigned to save the show after CBS cancelled it the first time, and are again campaigning for another network to pick the show up after CBS in their infinte...
review »When Jericho was canceled CBS lost. Jericho actually made me want to watch TV at night on Tuesdays. I couldn't wait to see what Jake Green was going to do next... now we'll never know.
I loved Jericho when it was on TV and was so upset when it was cancelled. Yes, I was one of those people that signed a petition to have it brought back....which it did. Then it fell victim to the writers strike and was cancelled again. I love the story line and characters. It made you evaluate what you do to survive if that ever happened
The bigger story of how the town as a whole is handling this disaster seems to take something of a back seat to the much less interesting story of Jake and his busload of kids. Maybe further into the show, four or five episodes in would be the place for this. But right now, in the middle of 'Jericho's" debut, it might be a good time for something more spectacular if CBS wants viewers coming back. I mean, 'Lost' gave us a massive plane crash and a gigantic, invisible, tree-eating monster. All 'Jericho' can manage is a distant mushroom cloud, bad cell phone reception, and a guy in need of a tow truck....
review »Watching Jericho was like reading a fantastic mystery novel, suspense waiting around each commercial break! This series is a family friendly show with a very talented cast, Skeet Ulrich being the best (what a leading man...easy on the eyes!). With an intriguing plot and suprises every episode, I never missed an episode! It was a unique story line, one I have never seen before. Jericho had a devoted fan base that actually saved the show for a bit and more episodes were ordered because of the "save the show" campaign they launched. I highly recommend it!
