Jergens Ultra Healing —

Jergens Ultra Healing
Extra Dry Skin Moisturizer

In the wintertime, most of us are unfortunate enough to suffer from dry skin.  Some worse than others.  I get very dry, itchy skin and am very uncomfortable most of the winter season.  My poor daughter suffers from Eczema on almost her entire body during the winter, so I am always looking for lotions that might work better and faster than the last one.

For the most part, Eucerin lotion helps keep her Eczema under control but doesn't fully make it disappear.  Prescription lotions help but are expensive and Doctors don't recommend that you use them daily for long periods of time.

I decided to try out Jergens Ultra Healing Extra Dry Skin Moisturizer lotion.  A friend of mine said that she had used it many times and liked it better than Eucerin on her dry skin.  Jergens Ultra Healing Lotion only cost $5.99 for a 26.5 oz bottle.  I thought that was a great deal especially for the amount of relief it would give both me and my daughter!

The Jergens Ultra Healing Lotion is very light, not nearly as thick and greasy as Eucerin, and applies without burning our sensitive skin.  It has a nice scent that isn't overpowering.

On the bottle it claims one use should last your skin up to 24 hours.  I think that's exaggerating it a bit.  I apply this to both of us in the morning before we dress, after baths and showers and again at night before bedtime.  One application does not last 24 hours.

My daughter and I were both feeling relief immediately after application and within a few days, my dry skin was mostly gone and her Eczema had decreased significantly.  On large bottle lasted us about a month now and plan to buy another bottle of Jergens Ultra Healing Lotion soon.

If you suffer from dry skin (mild to moderate) or Eczema and are still looking for some relief, try the Jergens Ultra Healing Lotion.  It may be the relief that you are looking for!

I have extremely dry skin; especially in the winter and due to my medical conditions I have very sensitive skin also. About a year ago my doctor recommended I try Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Moisture Cream. I got a 5 oz. tube from K-Mart for about $4-5 and a little goes a long way. It's really good! The container even says, "It soothes & relieves dry skin. Even dry skin from Eczema." I love it!

This is really helpful info. I have a niece with eczema so I'll make sure to pass this on. :)
