I agree with Bayou and the others. This stuff is good. The odor is much much less than the self tanners. I suppose it comes from the tanning chemical in it and cannot be eliminated completely. I have used it and love it. A suggestion, once the tanning lotion is dry, go back over your skin with another regular body lotion with a nice scent you like. I think it will help offset any residual odor. Another suggestion - if you shower in the morning and don't have to go out (or at anytime several hours after you put it on, step under the shower for a quick rinse, no soap or body wash, then just use a body splash or freshener before you dress. Any of these things should help you yourself feel better about the odor. If you can't smell it, I can't smell it! I think Jergens has done a good job with their disclaimer that this is NOT a self tanner. It does work great for those of us who want to look healthy while the sun lubbers bake. I think Bayou made some very good points and upheld the real use of the product. One last point: with this product you can use it year round and not appear as if you are 'faking' it = you don't look so tanned - you just lok healthy!
