I don't have an autistic child but I love reading education / psychology / family care books. This book, in my opinion, was excellent. A very down-to-earth account of what a parent with a child who has autism deals with. After I finished the book (in only 3 days~ a huge feat for me!), I passed it on to a mom who does have an autistic son, and she loved it (and also passsed it on). Very good book, as are her other three!
