Jenny Craig Weight Loss Program —
I started this diet with only about 18-20 lbs to lose to be a MY ideal weight which was in the low end of the average weight scale. I do not eat meat, fish, chicken or eggs so my menu item chooses are limited however I was still able to order a ton a food that worked for me.....the food was incredible, there was not a single meal I did not enjoy. The desserts are sinful!! The only draw back was that the plan was expensive...it averaged about $550 a month. Thank god I did not have that much to lose.
