Jenny Craig Weight Loss Program —
I have been on Jenny Craig twice in my life. Both times I slowly but surely lost the weight. Unfortunately both times I also slowly but surely gained the weight back. While Jenny Craig does teach you alot about portion control it does not help you gradually head back into normal eating. The prepacked meals are a no brainer and I truly believe you have to change the way you think about food and preparing it yourself would be a good way to do that. Also - while the first 3 months of eating this food was OK for me I began to feel sick after that. It all began to taste the same - too spicy and my stomach began to really bother me. So the upswing is that too lose about ten pounds this is a great way to do it. Anymore than ten pounds and I think you are better off with a lfe change, thinking plan like Weight Watchers.
