The Jenny Craig plan is very easy to follow. I have lost 25 pounds in under two months. The key when you finish the program is to completely change old habits. Keep track of your weight on a daily basis. If you gain a couple of pounds, work your butt off to lose it before it gets out of control.
It's all about self-control.
I don't really agree with it being extremely expensive. I spend an average of $100 a week on their food, and an additional $100 a MONTH at the grocery store. Between eating out and purchasing groceries for home, it's comparable. A lot of overweight people will find any excuse not to go on a diet. I know because I am overweight, and have used all excuses in the book.
